 Job Description:
 
 
 
 The Senior Business Analyst analyzes and documents end-to-end business processes across our client&rsquo;s operations, partnering with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. The role leads the assessment, validation, and documentation of operating models for new acquisitions and change initiatives, maintaining a comprehensive view of key processes to generate actionable business insights. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst drives the continuous improvement of business analysis frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess, validate, and document the Target Operating Model (TOM) for new acquisitions and change initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct impact analysis and ensure UAT activities align with the agreed TOM, supporting project and IT teams in issue resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and continuously improve the TOM to ensure it remains effective and aligned with business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain standardized TOM templates to assess and manage variances from the operating model.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and document end-to-end business processes across operational entities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the creation and maintenance of an end-to-end view of the Group operating model and key value streams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and track performance metrics and KPIs to measure process effectiveness and improvement outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a central repository of process documentation to support transparency and business transformation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement of business analysis practices, tools, and methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members and promote adherence to best practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the insurance industry.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of insurance business operations, systems, and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, Microsoft Visio).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) to extract, interpret, and present insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and end-to-end processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to apply root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve process issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions to elicit requirements and align stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, generate insights, and develop data-driven recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented mindset with the ability to foster collaboration and build consensus across diverse groups.
 </li>
 <li>

 The Biologics Commercial Supply Chain coordinator will be responsible for executing key supply chain commercial activities for a late-stage biologic program. This role will be responsible for executing monthly biologics supply planning tasks, supporting the S&amp;OP process, setting up planning / execution systems and performing various supply planning and inventory management activities. The global supply chain planning activities include delivering a monthly supply plan and partnering with External Manufacturing to balance materials and capacity requirements to ensure timely manufacturing execution. The role will also be responsible for testing and integrating processes and systems to deliver a best-in-class supply chain.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the commercial supply chain biologic program including scenario planning and enabling systems to advance technology and facilitate data driven decisions. The scenario planning includes supply projections, 5+ year forward looking assessments of forecast scenarios, and inventory planning to support life cycle management initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Sales &amp; Operations Planning process to enable robust material and capacity investments including network expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan for inventory build plans across raw materials through finished goods taking into consideration supplier capacity, demand uncertainty and overall risk management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively assess risks across the biologics supply chain and develop mitigation plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support supply chain strategic initiatives such as implementing safety stock for materials, monitoring operational readiness, capacity analysis and integration of different systems requirements. ess.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive excellence in end-to-end operations through management of key supply chain KPI&rsquo;s. Identify operational efficiency and continuous improvement opportunities across the supply chain to deliver a best-in-class supply chain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships with External Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Commercial and other functions, foster team culture and build trust with colleagues to deliver uninterrupted supplies to patients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion the culture of quality and ensure that all activities and documentation comply with global regulatory requirements. Understand and implement processes and controls that align with evolving Health Authority regulatory expectations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4+ years progressive experience in supply chain planning in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Biologics and injectable products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing and navigating a complex global supply chain network.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, often addressing novel/unusual situations and exercising judgement based on significant technical experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to innovate and implement practical, compliant solutions, work seamlessly across teams, and develop excellent partnerships with peers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated understanding of the principles and regulations associated with Biologics supply chain operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sense of urgency to deliver quality results in a highly ethical and professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues and solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to anticipate different scenarios and provide contingency plans to address potential adversities.
 </li>

 Excellent and reliable team player. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other functional areas, build and sustain trust at all levels of the organization.

 <li>
 Experience in Oracle ERP OPM and Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestro.

 Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline
 </li>
