Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Create engaging and visually appealing posts, banners, and short videos using Canva or similar design tools.</li><li>Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, followers, and leads.</li><li>Manage and update the company&rsquo;s Google My Business profile regularly with posts, photos, and reviews.</li><li>Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency.</li><li>Respond to audience queries and comments in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Track competitor activities and recommend innovative ideas to boost brand visibility.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.</li><li>Knowledge in Canva and basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and GMB.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have basic knowledge in Canva? </li><li>Do you have knowledge in GMB?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bhubaneswar, Orissa (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
