Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (Search Engine Optimization)<ul><li>Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping</li><li>Optimize website structure, content, metadata, internal linking, and page speed</li><li>Collaborate with content and web teams to implement SEO best practices</li><li>Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog</li><li>Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance</li><li>Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends</li></ul>Google Ads (PPC)<ul><li>Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping)</li><li>Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for maximum ROAS</li><li>Write compelling ad copy and test variations (A/B testing)</li><li>Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and conversion tracking</li><li>Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implement ongoing optimizations</li><li>Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Looker Studio</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights</li><li>Identify growth opportunities and optimization areas based on data</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management</li><li>Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and quality score optimization</li><li>Experience with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, GTM</li><li>Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent time management</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns</li><li>Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)</li><li>Familiarity with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid platforms</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS knowledge</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Organic traffic growth</li><li>Keyword ranking improvements</li><li>Cost per acquisition (CPA)</li><li>Return on ad spend (ROAS)</li><li>Conversion rate improvement</li><li>Lead or revenue growth</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on high-impact digital campaigns</li><li>Growth-focused environment with room for innovation</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>Flexible and collaborative work culture</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
