 We are hiring a Senior Assistant Accountant to support bookkeeping operations for US-based. This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to manage daily financial records accurately.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Record daily financial transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate books of accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Track income streams
 </li>
 <li>
 Record and categorize expenses
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform monthly bank and payout reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Match booking reports with accounting records
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify discrepancies and report to senior team
 </li>

 Requirements

 ACCA / CA / Bachelor&rsquo;s in Accounting or Finance
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience (preferably with US clients&rsquo; accounting)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping &amp; reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, Baselane (preferred), Hubdoc (receipt capture), AI tools like Reinvest Wealth / Leadhost.ai
 </li>
 <li>
 Good English communication
 </li>

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in bookkeeping practices, financial reporting, and team supervision, along with hands-on experience in modern accounting tools and automation.Key Responsibilities&middot; Oversee income tracking, ensuring accurate recording&middot; Supervise expense tracking&middot; Ensure proper classification of tax deductions (US)&middot; Perform and review monthly reconciliation of payouts with booking reports&middot; Prepare monthly financial statements (P&amp;L, cash flow, balance sheet)&middot; Maintain an audit-ready general ledger with proper debits/credits&middot; Monitor gross revenue vs net payouts (not just bank deposits), and resolve financial queries&middot; Ensure deadlines, compliance, and reporting accuracyRequirements&middot; ACCA / CA / Bachelor&rsquo;s in Accounting or Finance&middot; 5+ years of experience (preferably with US clients' accounting)&middot; Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping &amp; reconciliations&middot; Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, Baselane (preferred), Hubdoc (receipt capture), AI tools like ReinvestWealth / Leadhost.ai&middot; Leadership and team management skills&middot; Good English communicationTimings: 7 PM &ndash; 4 AM (Mon-Fri)Salary: PKR 80,000 &ndash; 90,000 Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
