Inventory and Demand Planning<ul><li>Collaborate with production and inventory teams to forecast raw material and ingredient needs.</li><li>Ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory turnover to reduce waste and storage costs.</li></ul>4. Quality Assurance and Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all procured items meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA, ISO).</li><li>Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Address and resolve quality-related issues with suppliers promptly.</li></ul>5.  &bull; Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers and their teams to achieve operational targets.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure optimal staffing levels, workforce scheduling, and compliance with labor standards.
