<div><p><b>Position Overview:</b></p>
<p>
The Solutions Sales Director will play an instrumental role in driving revenue growth for Diligent's solutions across existing and new accounts. This role is focused on candidates with strong expertise in <b>entity management space</b>, either as a practitioner (e.g., company secretary) or someone who has directly used entity management tools in a commercial or operational setting. The Solutions Sales Director is responsible for managing larger, complex accounts with longer sales cycles and driving adoption of the Diligent One Platform.</p>
<p>
This individual contributor position manages the full sales cycle, from initial prospect/customer meetings through to deal completion, while orchestrating internal expertise to deliver on and grow accounts. Providing coaching, guidance, and support to Sales stakeholders is a key element to enable team members to learn best practices. Success in this role is measured by expanding product usage in existing customers, migrating customers to the Diligent One Platform, and selling to new accounts.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate and maintain expert-level knowledge of Diligent's ethics and compliance solutions.</li>
<li>Prospect and manage new and existing business within the designated territory, focusing on larger, complex accounts with longer sales cycles.</li>
<li>Apply a consultative 'solutions selling' approach, using deep domain expertise to understand customer needs and position the Diligent One Platform effectively.</li>
<li>Leverage industry-focused insights to create long-term competitive advantages for customers.</li>
<li>Expand strategic customer relationships and drive growth across multiple areas of the organisation.</li>
<li>Gather feedback from customers on needs, products, and features; collaborate with product management and marketing to drive improvements.</li>
<li>Develop strategic account plans that generate new business and upsell opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams to execute plans.</li>
<li>Manage the end-to-end sales cycle using Diligent-approved methodologies.</li>
<li>Utilize sales tools to identify leads, schedule meetings, and increase win rates.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and regular reporting on pipeline and bookings.</li>
<li>Understand competitor landscape, customer strategy, and industry trends.</li>
<li>Partner with Sales stakeholders to discover and qualify new opportunities, building a structured pipeline.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Experience/Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in the<b> entity management</b><b> space</b>, either as a practitioner or in selling ethics and compliance solutions.</li>
<li>Proven success in account management or new business, achieving revenue targets in the technology, SaaS, or GRC sectors.</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.</li>
<li>Continuous learning mindset with a desire to expand knowledge of products, industry trends, and customer challenges.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.</li>

Entity Management - Solution Sales Director

<div><p><b>Position Overview:</b></p>
<p>
The Solutions Sales Director will be seen as a technical expert with a strong knowledge of Diligent's products. This position will play an instrumental role in driving revenue growth for Diligent for existing and new accounts and is responsible for understanding customer needs, tailoring solutions, and influencing the customers decision to commit by addressing specific and complex challenges.
</p><p>This individual contributor position is responsible for inbound and outbound sales, initial prospect/customer meetings, pipeline management and accurate forecasting through to deal completion. As a trusted advisor, the Solutions Sales Director plays a highly collaborative role providing technical expertise during co-selling opportunities with the Accounts team. Providing coaching, technical expertise and development to Sales colleagues is a key element of this position to enable team members to develop a deeper understanding of Diligent's products.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrates a strong level of technical knowledge in Diligent's products and solutions.</li>
<li>Uses sound judgment, technical expertise and analytical thinking to propose different solutions to address more complex customer issues.
</li><li>Adopts a 'solutions' selling approach, understanding customer needs, and developing solutions through the lens of the Diligent One Platform.
</li><li>Ensure high levels of prospect satisfaction through proactive outreach with relevant insights and regular follow-ups to drive new opportunities.
</li><li>Collaborate with the Sales team to create strategic account plans including proposals, presentations, and other sales materials that highlight the product solutions' technical capabilities and advantages to address customer needs.
</li><li>Coach and support the development of the Sales team internally by enhancing their technical knowledge, understanding of business value and developing their professional skills through curated learning forums.
</li><li>Effectively utilize sales tools to prospect new leads, schedule initial meetings, increase win rates and generate bookings.</li>
<li>Accurately maintain CRM records, forecast and report out on projected bookings, deals closed etc. on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Utilizes external insights of the competitor landscape, including customers' business strategy and the direction of the industry to inform the creation of strategic account plans.
</li></ul><p><b>Required Experience/Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Extensive track record of success in account management and achieving revenue targets within the ethics &amp; compliance technology industry. (Preference for experience in Third-Party Risk Management)</li>
<li>Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage large, complex deal negotiations with strategic clients.</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.</li>
<li>Continuous learning, including a desire to develop knowledge and expertise in internal products, external industry trends and the customer landscape.
</li><li>Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
</li><li>A high level of curiosity and empathy with the ability to understand a potential customer's context, issues and pain points through effective questioning and listening.</li>

Diligent is looking for a talented QA Analyst to improve the quality of Diligent products. The QA Analyst is part of a cross-functional agile team and involved in every step of the software testing life cycle, from planning to releasing the product.</p>
