As a Supply Chain Analyst at Dillard's, you will be a part of a diverse team that collaborates with many areas of the company to assist with challenging scenarios and improve current processes. The Supply Chain Analyst will take part in inventory management and apply analytics and technical expertise to solve real-world business problems.
 
 
 
 THE TEAM
 
 
 
 Supply Chain analysts work closely with buyers to assist with merchandise replenishment through Dillard's internal supply chain, forecasting, and development teams to aid in defining business requirements and research, and leverage data to help top-level executives define profitable replenishment strategies.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 
 Inventory Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Train buying teams on replenishment systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with buying teams to manage replenishment inventory
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with DC management
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide profitable suggestions for limited or excessive inventory, replenishment strategies, and execute processes to manage inventory
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Business Analytics
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Data visualization and analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the Traditional AI team to provide feedback on replenishment forecast performance and help define business requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the Operations Research team by providing user requirements and testing for models created to aid with inventory management
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with development teams on system requirements and research
 </li>
 <li>
 Create reports using SQL
 </li>
 <li>
 Create dashboards using Tableau
 </li>
 <li>
 Meeting/Working with multiple teams within the business
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 THE MUST-HAVES
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BS in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Creativity and innovation
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear, concise communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in SQL
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability to travel occasionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR, during established hours
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 THE NICE-TO-HAVES
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2 or more years of experience in retail, supply chain, or information technology
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Tableau
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
