We're looking for a <b>Marketing Graphic Designer</b> who loves creating polished presentations, proposals, and marketing materials that help our teams win exciting projects.</p><p><br>

You'll work closely with our Creative Marketing Manager, Content team, and Business Development leaders to create proposals, interview presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral that showcase the creativity and capabilities of DI.<br>
</p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li>
Design compelling proposals, interview presentations, and client-facing marketing materials</li><li>
Create visually engaging layouts that communicate complex ideas clearly</li><li>
Develop brochures, one-pagers, sales materials, and other branded collateral</li><li>
Partner with marketing, business development, and creative teams to bring ideas to life</li><li>
Maintain and improve templates, design standards, and production workflows</li><li>
Ensure every deliverable is polished, accurate, and on brand</li><li>
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li></ul><p><b>
What We're Looking For</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field&mdash;or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>
Strong graphic design and layout skills</li><li>
Expert eye for typography and visual hierarchy</li><li>
Advanced Adobe InDesign experience</li><li>
Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation design</li><li>
Excellent organization and project management skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality</li><li>

</div></div><div><div>Reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director, the Senior Designer is a position that requires demonstrated qualifications and skill set to contribute to and highly impact a project&rsquo;s successful design solution and will include project-based leadership accountabilities and responsibilities to prepare for the next career level within the Design studio.
</div></div><p></p><div><div><b>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS </b>may include but are not limited to:</div></div><ul><li><div>
Supports and contributes to the project team&rsquo;s executed design solution and deliverables for assigned projects</div></li><li><div>
Executes and delivers quality project-based solutions efficiently and within designated timelines, while incorporating and maintaining direction and feedback from the project leaders</div></li><li><div>
Leads and/or contributes to client presentations and communications</div></li><li><div>
Hand sketches, digitally renders, or illustrates solutions throughout a variety of Design phases: Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development and Construction Documentation</div></li><li><div>
Ensures deadlines are being met and the work is within client expectations</div></li><li><div>
Interface directly with outside team counterparts and internal departments to lead, identify issues, track those issues and collectively develop solutions</div></li><li><div>
Exudes a &ldquo;go where needed&rsquo; attitude and outlook on role</div></li><li><div>
Participates in process improvement and best practices within the department</div></li><li><div>
Proactively learns and shares information and knowledge as a DI subject matter expert</div></li><li><div>

Demonstrate a strong proficiency with using design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Sketchup), research skills (for storytelling) &amp; digital or hand sketching abilities to convey design concepts</div></li><li><div>
Ability to learn new skills and software quickly and teach those skills to Creative Studio team members</div></li><li><div>
Ability to give direction and constructive critique and escalate to Creative Studio leadership team when needed</div></li><li><div>

</p><div><div><b>EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.A. or B.F.A) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Industrial Design, Interior Architecture, or related field</div></li><li><div>
5+ years&rsquo; proven design experience in a professional business required</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency developing message schedules, sign location plans and designing sign systems</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of print production methods</div></li><li><div>
Excellent time management skills</div></li><li><div>
Attention to detail at all times</div></li><li><div>
Exercises sound judgement, business sensibility, and discretion and seeks assistance from Creative Director as needed</div></li></ul><p>
