Job Description</h2>
We are currently seeking a representative to work in our automotive Business Development Center. The Automotive BDC Representative responds to inquiries via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. He or she answers incoming telephone calls in a warm, helpful, and professional manner. Outgoing calls and incoming assigned tasks are part of the daily routine. This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment. In addition to providing the best possible automotive experience for our guests, our purpose is to make a difference in people&rsquo;s lives. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and some call center experience is preferred. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for working with both staff and customers. Fluent English speaking and writing communication skills, good time management skills, and a professional appearance and behavior are required.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Schedules sales appointments</li><li>
Contacts service customers after their visit to monitor quality control and satisfaction</li><li>
Maintains high customer satisfaction and retention</li><li>
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with Guests and Associates</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Call center experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to handle prolonged periods of computer and phone usage</li><li>
Ability to follow script to ensure consistency and professionalism with all calls</li><li>
Strong organizational skills</li><li>
Professional appearance</li><li>
Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions and information</li><li>
Demonstrated customer service skills</li><li>
Excellent telephone manner with clear, concise, and professional communication skills</li><li>
Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and problem solve</li><li>
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications</li><li>

Benefits</h2>
Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
Subsidized Health Insurance with eligibility the first of the month following 60 days of service
Company funded Group Term Life and matching AD&amp;D in the amount of $5,000.00
PTO available with cashout option after the completion of 1 year of service
Paid holidays after the completion of 90 days of service
401(K) eligibility after the completion of 60 days of service. A company match is provided up to 3% of the associate&rsquo;s contribution. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
 o 10% vested after the completion of 1 year of service
 o 100% vested after the completion of 2 years of service
Company funded Employee Assistance Program offering 6 counseling sessions per year for the associate, spouse, and dependent children
