With a dynamic team and a culture of learning, we are expanding and looking for passionate professionals to join us on our growth journey.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing solutions and a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.</li><li>Pitch Dinero Tech Labs&rsquo; services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, etc.) to prospective clients.</li><li>Develop and deliver customized client proposals and presentations.</li><li>Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiation, and closure.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.</li><li>Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reporting in CRM tools.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related services).</li><li>Strong knowledge/awareness of digital marketing concepts and services.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency with lead generation tools, CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), and MS Office/Google Workspace.</li><li>Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a passionate, growing team.</li><li>Continuous learning and career development.</li><li>A vibrant and collaborative workplace culture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
