Job Description &ndash; Inventory Audit ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct routine inventory audits at retail branches to ensure stock accuracy.</li><li>Verify physical stock vs. ERP/system stock at each branch.</li><li>Identify and report stock variances, missing items, damaged products, or misplacements.</li><li>Perform cycle counts, surprise audits, and monthly stock checks at branches.</li><li>Review branch-level stock handling processes such as receiving, transfers, returns, and sales.</li><li>Ensure branches follow SOPs related to inventory and store operations.</li><li>Prepare audit reports for each branch visit, highlighting findings and recommendations.</li><li>Coordinate with branch managers and store staff to resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Assist the Audit &amp; Operations team in investigating shrinkage or stock loss incidents.</li><li>Maintain audit documentation and ensure transparency in stock movement.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>2 years of experience in branch audits, stock audits, or retail operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of retail stock flow and audit processes.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify irregularities.</li><li>Good communication skills and willingness to travel to branches.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Description &ndash; E-Commerce Operations ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor daily inventory levels across all e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Reconcile physical stock vs system stock to ensure 100% accuracy.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse teams to identify stock discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Update product quantities, SKUs, and stock statuses in the system.</li><li>Oversee order lifecycle including picking, packing, dispatching, and delivery follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure timely order processing and accuracy in shipments.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics partners to track deliveries and manage return orders</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory movement, returns, and cancellations.</li><li>Identify abnormalities in inventory and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Work closely with warehouse, supply chain, merchandising, and finance teams for smooth operations.</li><li>Support reconciliation of sales, returns, and payment settlements with finance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li><li>3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or inventory management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
