*Job Title:* Graphic Designer*Experience:* 1+ YearJob OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience in creating engaging and trendy social media designs.You&rsquo;ll be responsible for developing visually appealing creatives that align with our brand identity, campaign goals, and current digital trends.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality social media creatives (static, carousel, stories, ad designs, etc.)Maintain visual consistency across all brand materialsCollaborate with the marketing team to understand content and campaign needsDesign festival, product, offer, and brand awareness creativesEdit and retouch product or stock images as neededStay updated with the latest design trends &amp; social media aestheticsManage design files and deliver within deadlinesRequired Skills &amp; Software KnowledgeAdobe Photoshop (must) &mdash; image editing, layout designAdobe Illustrator &mdash; vector icons, logo elementsCanva / Figma &mdash; quick layout and template-based design(Optional) After Effects / Premiere Pro / CapCut &mdash; motion or video creativesUnderstanding of color theory, typography, and brand consistencyKnowledge of social media platform formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)*Soft Skills*Creative mindset and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple design tasks efficientlyStrong communication &amp; teamworkPositive attitude and willingness to learnExcellent time management and reliabilityBonus (Good to Have)Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Leonardo.ai for ideationBasic understanding of digital marketing visuals (ads, engagement posts)Previous experience working on lifestyle, beauty, fintech, or brand campaignsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
