Dinsmore is seeking a Practice Support Specialist at our Indianapolis, IN location to support attorneys/paralegals in our litigation practice group.
 Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Enter attorney time, as needed, to meet deadlines</li>
<li>Assist attorneys and legal administrative assistants in client inquiries</li>
<li>Assist partners in editing and finalizing bills</li>
<li>Participate in accounts receivable collection efforts</li>
<li>Assist team with projects, such as reviewing for accuracy official documents received for client matters and logging information from those documents in our information and document management system</li>
<li>Maintain telephone, email and personal contact with clients, attorneys, and staff</li>
<li>Observe confidentiality in all Firm and client matters</li>
<li>Provide backup overflow assistance to legal secretaries as needed</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

Requirements
 <ul>
<li>Working knowledge of accounting functions</li>
<li>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word</li>
<li>Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail</li>

<li>Minimum of three years of experience with litigation support</li>
