<div></div><div><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>
<div>As a member of the Communications &amp; Marketing team, the Multimedia Content Coordinator is a full-time, in-person position. The responsibilities of the position involve overseeing a variety of written/print content creation, managing print content workflow, and collaborating with freelance writer/photography professionals to deliver engaging and informative stories. The coordinator will also be directly responsible for producing written content for diocesan communication channels, such as the bi-monthly magazine, e-newsletter, website, and social media platforms. This role requires a combination of writing skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal offices and external contractors. It&rsquo;s an essential position for ensuring that the Diocese of Green Bay and On Mission Media communications efforts are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with the organization&rsquo;s overall</div><br>

<div></div><div><b>MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

<div></div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in writing, journalism, English, communications or its equivalent.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the Catholic faith and must be a practicing Catholic.</li>
<li>Excellent writing, editing, and proofing skills.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of print and digital media.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Management and relationship building of freelance writers and photographers.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal/written communications.</li>
<li>Proven content writing, editing and proofreading skills.</li>
<li>Interpersonal relationships &ndash; collaborates with personnel from other mission teams and offices.</li>
<li>Organization and planning.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, Trello, Adobe Acrobat &amp; Distiller, web, and social media as well as a variety of digital and communications platforms</li>
<li>Creative thinking.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Basic digital photography &amp; video.</li>

<div>Responsible for the preparation and support of all liturgies with the Bishop or his delegate, National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion, curia celebrations, and other liturgies in the Diocese as necessary and</div>
<div>support formation opportunities provided by the Office of Divine Worship staff, while supporting the mission, vision, and core values of the Diocese of Green Bay.</div><br>

<div></div><div><b>MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

<div></div><ul><li>Bachelors degree.</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience in a parish or diocesan setting preferred.</li>
<li>Understanding and knowledge of liturgy required for coordination of Diocesan liturgical events and curia-wide liturgies.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of liturgical ministry.</li>
<li>Proficiency in use of variety of computer software programs and ability to learn online applications.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation required.</li>
<li>Proficiency in editing and compiling communications via variety of media platforms.</li>
<li>Must have valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li>
<li>Excellent relational and oral communication skills.</li>
<li>Professional writing skills including organized thought, a high standard of grammar and language, clarity, and conciseness.</li>
<li>Proven proofreading skills.</li>
<li>Precise detail orientation</li>
<li>Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Publisher, Word, Excel, Constant Contact, Power Point, Adobe, and Alchemer.</li>
<li>Planning and organization skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to draft correspondence and execute professional writing skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work through interruptions, multi-task and make independent decisions.</li>
<li>Ability to plan, prioritize, and respond to unexpected delays.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects independently.</li>
