ob DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for recent civil engineering graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in site management and project execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the specific project site as assigned by the Project Manager</li></ul>-Oversee and manage daily operations at site as assigned by the Project Manager<ul><li>Ensure good quality of Installation works</li></ul>-Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications<ul><li>&middot;Ensure compliance to program/plan per project</li><li>Manage technicians/glass installers to ensure the completion of project on time</li></ul>-Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve any issues or challenges that arise<ul><li>Manage and maintain records, including daily reports, progress updates, and documentation of any incidents or accidents</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers</li><li>Implement and enforce site policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).</li><li>Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management software.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>
