Job Responsibilities &amp; Qualification<ul><li>Expert in the use of Sketch up and Autocad</li><li>Must know how to do 3D in autocad</li><li>At least 3 years experience in preparation of Shop Drawings (plans, elevation, sections, details) and other Technical Drawings</li><li>Experienced knowledge of Interior Fit out construction, preferably with experience in glass partitions</li><li>With Bachelors Degree preferably in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent</li><li>With good communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Architectural Draftsman

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and coordinate procurement, warehouse, production, HSE, installation teams, and project execution</li><li>Implement and maintain quality control systems across all operational processes</li><li>Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and of the highest standards of quality</li><li>Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals</li><li>Oversee supply chain management and inventory control</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements</li><li>Develop and execute strategies for operational efficiency and cost reduction</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow between warehouse, production, procurement, HSE and installation teams</li><li>Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement</li><li>Lead and develop team members through training and performance management</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers</li><li>Manage and monitor operational budgets, revenue forecasts, and targets</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments</li><li>Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and facility management</li><li>Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fa&ccedil;ade, or joinery sub-contracting company. With experience in managing multiple teams across multiple projects and scopes.</li><li>Excellent project management and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proven leadership abilities and team management experience</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in glazing, joinery, or construction industry</li><li>Knowledge of industry-specific software technology, and ERP systems</li><li>MBA or advanced degree in related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
