Company &amp; Position Overview:We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team at Kaprel Partitions LLC, a leading internal glazing company based in Dubai.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Site Manager. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at assigned project locations, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are strictly adhered to. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating materials and resources, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve any issues. The Site Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining communication with both internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day‑to‑day site activities technicians/glass installers to ensure the completion of project on time</li><li>Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow continuity.</li><li>Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials for each discipline.</li><li>Conduct site measurements, verify dimensions, and ensure accuracy before fabrication or installation.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, clients, and main contractors for inspections, approvals, and progress updates.</li><li>Communicate site requirements, constraints, and progress to stakeholders</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.</li><li>Track material deliveries, site inventory, and installation progress.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in site management across glass, fit‑out, and joinery works.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Glass types, hardware, and installation systems</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, and basic project management software</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>A valid UAE Driving license is a must.</li></ul>Please send your CVs to recruitment@kaprel.com.Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have knowledge of Glass types, hardware, and installation systems?</li><li>Do you have minimum 3 years of UAE experience in site management across glass, fit‑out, and joinery works?</li><li>Do you have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications?</li><li>Do you have a valid driving license?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
