We are actively seeking an Accountant to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll manage day‑to‑day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support leadership with insights that help drive smart business decisions. If you enjoy working with numbers, improving processes, and contributing to a growing organization, this role is for you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)</li><li>Perform month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities (for the entire company and by department)</li><li>Manage tax payments (VAT &amp; Corporate Tax)</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and control</li><li>Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies</li><li>Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments</li><li>Report on the company&rsquo;s financial health and liquidity</li></ul>Skills | Qualifications<ul><li>BSc/BA degree in Accounting, Finance</li><li>1-2 Years of Experience</li><li>Excellent knowledge of IFRS</li><li>Expert in MS Excel</li><li>Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills</li><li>Time-management abilities</li><li>Professional certification (ACCA or CMA) is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo, Tally) experience is preferential</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>
