We are seeking a highly Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the DoD, Army policies on IT and Cyber for multiple classified/unclassified networks and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
The Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) serves as the embedded cybersecurity expert supporting a multidisciplinary research team while maintaining alignment with the OCIO Cyber Security Office. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls, conducting risk assessments, supporting RMF and A&amp;A activities, monitoring system security posture, and ensuring compliance with DoD, Army, and NIST requirements. The ISSE collaborates closely with researchers, system administrators, and IT staff to integrate security into research systems and workflows while protecting sensitive and classified information.<ul><li>
Serve as the embedded Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) within a multidisciplinary research group, providing direct cybersecurity expertise and support.</li><li>
Matrixed position: operationally integrated with the research team while formally reporting to the OCIO Cyber Security Office for policy, oversight, and professional development.</li><li>
Develop, implement, and maintain security architectures for research information systems in compliance with DoD, Army, and NIST cybersecurity policies and frameworks (e.g., RMF, NIST SP 800-53).</li><li>
Conduct and document security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for new and existing research systems, networks, and applications.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with researchers, system administrators, and IT staff to integrate security controls into system designs and research workflows.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain security documentation, including STIG checklists, Plan of ActionMilestones (POA&amp;Ms), Security Assessment Reports, and impact analyses.</li><li>
Support the Assessment and Authorization (A&amp;A) process, ensuring research systems are best prepared for ATO efforts.</li><li>
Monitor system security posture using security tools (e.g., ACAS, HBSS, Splunk, EvaluateSTIG, Vulnerator) and respond to security incidents or events.</li><li>
Advise on secure data handling, storage, and transmission practices for sensitive and classified research data.</li><li>
Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies relevant to research environments.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
IAT III Certification (CASP+, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, GCED, GCIH, CCNP Security)</li><li>
8-10 years relevant experience in Cyber Security
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Master's degree in information technology or related field</li></ul>
Required Security Clearance:<ul><li>
US Citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret Clearance per contract requirements.</li></ul>
Physical and Mental Qualifications:<ul><li>
Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.</li><li>
Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)</li><li>

DVS is looking for a mid-level Organizational Change Management Training Specialist to join our team. The work location will be primarily remote but must be willing to report onsite for occasional meetings. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training strategies and programs to support organizational change initiatives, including ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration. The Organizational Change Management Training Specialist will work closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to analyze training needs, design and develop training materials, and deliver training to employees across the organization. Additionally, the Organizational Change Management Training Specialist will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and implement effective training strategies and programs to support organizational change initiatives, including ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration.</li><li>
Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify training needs and design and develop training materials.</li><li>
Deliver training to stakeholders across the organization, including in-person and virtual training sessions.</li><li>
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.</li><li>
Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, job aids, and e-learning courses.</li><li>
Work with other departments and teams to ensure consistency in training delivery and messaging.</li><li>
Manage and lead the training team to ensure high-quality training delivery and performance.</li><li>
Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in organizational change management, training, and ServiceNow.</li><li>
Participate in project planning and management, including developing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.</li><li>
Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.</li><li>
3-7 years of experience in organizational change management and training, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs, including ServiceNow training.</li><li>
Proven experience in project management, including developing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.</li><li>
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.</li><li>
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles</li><li>
Proficiency in using training development tools and software.</li><li>
Experience with virtual training platforms and e-learning development tools</li><li>
Experience with ServiceNow and other related tools</li><li>
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a focus on achieving results.</li><li>
