Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Aide to support our Remodel construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks while possessing a foundational understanding of construction processes and terminology. This role is essential for ensuring efficient office operations and effective communication within the team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide administrative support to the construction management team, including document preparation and filing.</li><li>Assist in project coordination by maintaining schedules, tracking project progress, and updating project documentation.</li><li>Utilize Jobber for reviewing and marking up construction documents</li><li>Help with the organization of construction site inspections and ensure all necessary materials are prepared in advance.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on estimating costs for projects, including materials and labor.</li><li>Maintain an organized office environment</li><li>Support the team with tasks related to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, door hanging, glass installation, caulking, trim carpentry, restoration, and construction painting as needed.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of schematics and project plans for various construction activities.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Familiarity with construction management principles is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction is essential.</li><li>Prior experience on a construction site or in a related field is highly desirable.</li><li>Skills in framing carpentry, and remodeling will be beneficial to the role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while supporting a dynamic team environment.</li><li>Quickbooks online experienced you must really know it</li><li>Jobber a plus.</li><li>Able to fill out permit requests</li><li>Available 7 am to 2 pm daily sometimes this runs over Monday Through Friday.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $800.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
