?? About the Job
Lifespan Home Care is hiring a detail-oriented Office Support Coordinator to join our Fort Worth team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare administration, HR onboarding, or staffing coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting our home care team by managing new hire processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. 
??? Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Coordinate staffing schedules, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling</li><li>
Manage new hire onboarding, including background checks, references, and credential verification</li><li>
Facilitate employee orientation and ensure all HR documentation is complete</li><li>
Maintain accurate personnel files and update HR software systems</li><li>
Support payroll, benefits, and employee data changes</li><li>
Assist with contractor onboarding and compliance paperwork</li><li>
Monitor license and certification renewals to ensure regulatory compliance</li><li>
Provide support for employee injury reporting and investigations</li><li>
Troubleshoot issues in HRIS and payroll systems</li></ul> 
? Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required; Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or HR</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>
Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy</li><li>
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li></ul>
