<ul><li>Coordinate staffing schedules, applicant tracking, and interviews</li>
<li>Manage new hire onboarding, including background checks and credential verification</li>
<li>Facilitate employee orientation and maintain HR documentation</li>
<li>Keep personnel files accurate and update HR systems</li>
<li>Support payroll, benefits, and employee data changes</li>
<li>Assist with contractor onboarding and compliance paperwork</li>
<li>Monitor license and certification renewals for regulatory compliance</li>
<li>Provide support for injury reporting and investigations</li>
<li>Troubleshoot HRIS and payroll system issues</li>

<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience (healthcare or HR preferred)</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel</li>
<li>Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li>

<li>Ensure proper orientation and compliance for new hires.</li>
<li>Oversee HR staff tasks in branch offices and provide guidance on complex issues.</li>
<li>Investigate sensitive matters, administer accommodations, and attend exit reviews as needed.</li>
<li>Recommend new training approaches and policies for continuous improvement.</li>
