 Key Responsibilities:

 Provide comprehensive clinical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

 Lead and supervise a team of junior doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
 </li>

 Ensure that high standards of care are maintained throughout the department.

 Participate in the development and implementation of ICU protocols and clinical guidelines.

 Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to training medical staff.

 Requirements:

 Medical degree and completion of recognised specialist training in Intensive Care Medicine.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive ICU experience, preferably in a leadership role.
 </li>

 Professional memberships
 </li>
 <li>
 Eligibility for medical registration in Saudi Arabia.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adapt to a multicultural working environment.
