Discover NIGHTRole OverviewWe are hiring a Graphic Designer &amp; Content Manager to own the execution, organization, and consistency of all creative assets across eCommerce, retail, and sales channels.This is not a pure design role. This is a creative operator role responsible for ensuring that every asset is accurate, on-brand, easy to find, and built to drive conversion.Core Outcomes1. Asset Organization &amp; System Ownership<ul><li>Build and maintain a centralized asset system across Air, Dropbox, and Plytix</li><li>Ensure any team member can locate the correct, final asset in under 30 seconds without assistance</li><li>Enforce consistent naming conventions, folder structures, and version control</li><li>Maintain 100% accuracy between working files and final approved assets</li><li>Upload and properly categorize all assets within 24 hours of creation</li><li>Eliminate internal friction related to missing, outdated, or unclear files</li></ul>2. PDP &amp; Conversion-Focused Creative<ul><li>Own creation and updates of PDP imagery across Sam&rsquo;s Club, Costco, Shopify, and retail partners</li><li>Translate product benefits into clear, compelling, conversion-driven visuals and copy</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with retailer requirements and best practices</li><li>Continuously improve content clarity, hierarchy, and performance</li></ul>3. Product Copy &amp; Messaging Execution<ul><li>Write and refine product descriptions, PDP copy, and packaging copy</li><li>Translate product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging</li><li>Ensure consistency in tone, claims, and positioning across all channels</li><li>Adapt messaging to meet retailer-specific requirements and constraints</li></ul>4. Packaging Execution<ul><li>Execute packaging design updates and new concepts with precision and speed</li><li>Ensure consistency across SKUs, formats, and product lines</li><li>Maintain alignment with brand standards while improving perceived quality and clarity</li></ul>5. Retail Decks &amp; Sales Materials<ul><li>Create polished, data-driven retail decks and sales materials</li><li>Translate product positioning and performance into clear, compelling narratives</li><li>Maintain consistency across all outward-facing materials</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>No one on the team asks, &ldquo;where is this file?&rdquo;</li><li>Assets are always current, accurate, and easy to use</li><li>Creative and copy are consistent across all channels</li><li>PDP content is clear, compelling, and built to convert</li><li>Retail partners receive clean, professional, ready-to-use materials</li></ul>RequirementsMust-Have Skills<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Experience managing assets across Air, Dropbox, and Plytix</li><li>Strong copywriting skills focused on clarity, structure, and conversion</li><li>High attention to detail and consistency across large volumes of assets</li><li>Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing accuracy</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Highly organized and systems-oriented</li><li>Strong sense of ownership &mdash; sees things through end-to-end</li><li>Able to balance speed with precision</li><li>Understands retail and eCommerce requirements (or can learn quickly)</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment</li></ul>What Will Disqualify You<ul><li>Disorganized files or inconsistent naming/versioning</li><li>Weak or unclear copywriting</li><li>Inconsistent design execution across assets</li><li>Lack of attention to detail</li><li>Slow turnaround or inability to manage multiple priorities</li></ul>Interview ProcessCandidates will be asked to complete a short exercise translating product features into PDP-ready visuals and copy.LevelThis role is ideal for a mid-level candidate seeking ability to grow into a senior role<ul><li>Has strong execution skills</li><li>Can take ownership of projects</li><li>Is ready to step into a more operational, business-impact role</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
