You&rsquo;re already in the tool, finding the fix.In this role, you&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>Execute campaigns that power studio and franchise growth.</li><li>Ensure seamless lead flow and backend system alignment.</li><li>Manage and optimize marketing technology and platforms.</li><li>Build structure, automation, and insights into everything we do.</li></ul>With you in this role, marketing moves seamlessly. Apply now and be the reason our brand grows with precision.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations (80%)<ul><li>Own our marketing tech stack(HubSpot, website, SMS, scheduling software, etc.) &mdash; ensure clean data, proper integrations, reporting accuracy.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage campaign execution: set up landing pages, email nurtures, automations, and lead routing.</li></ul><ul><li>Track performance metrics and build dashboards for leadership and franchisees as needed</li></ul><ul><li>Standardize marketing processes for new studio launches (checklists, playbooks, campaign templates).</li></ul><ul><li>Ad Operations: posting and/or trafficking of paid and organic campaign assets</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with Pre-Opening Project Manager and Franchise Business Coach to ensure smooth execution of studio launches for all marketing and marketing technology components</li></ul><ul><li>Recommend and implement improvement to workflows and tools</li></ul><ul><li>Support the Brand Fund by coordinating with external vendors/agencies (SEO, lead nurture and digital campaigns)</li></ul>Marketing Coordination (20%)<ul><li>Assist in local studio marketing support: mailers, events, partnerships, race sponsorships.</li><li>Manage Canva account and approval on franchisee content creation.</li><li>Support Discover Strength key internal events and coordination of events, including the annual Discover Strength Summit.</li><li>Campaign execution of weekly Discover Strength Podcast.</li><li>Track corporate invoices and use of Brand Fund.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Aligned with our Core Values of Learning, Servant Leadership, Creating our Own Future, and Science Based.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years in marketing operations, demand gen, or digital marketing.</li><li>Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools).</li><li>Experience with Squarespace or Wordpress (or comfortable learning).</li><li>Experience with Mindbody is a plus.</li><li>Comfortable with data analysis and reporting, integrating and problem-solving platform integrations.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently &mdash; thrives in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple initiatives.</li><li>Familiar with franchise or multi-location marketing (a plus, not required).</li><li>Excited to be a part of a growing business with a small corporate team.</li><li>Passion for fitness, wellness, or evidence-based exercise (bonus if they already strength train).</li></ul>Required Education and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools and CRM</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic marketing automation.</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>Salary: $65,000-$75,000.</li><li>Hybrid schedule: 3 days in Saint Louis Park HQ, balance remote.</li><li>Complimentary personal training at Discover Strength.</li><li>A self-managed time-off plan which includes vacation, personal and sick leave.</li><li>401k plan with a company match that you will be eligible to start contributing to the 1st of the month after 1 year of employment.</li><li>Sabbatical program after 4 years of employment.</li></ul>Growth potential into Marketing Operations Manager as we scale.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Minneapolis, MN 55416
