Job Title: Motion Designer / Video EditorExperience: 5+ Years Location: Indore (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Motion Designer with strong expertise in video editing, compositing, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in motion graphics, cinematography, and post-production, with hands-on experience creating engaging content for brands, events, and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital media, advertisements, and social campaigns.</li><li>Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video outputs with a focus on narrative flow and pacing.</li><li>Perform color correction, rotoscoping, green screen keying, and audio synchronization to ensure professional-quality visuals.</li><li>Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and content teams to deliver visually appealing and brand-consistent outputs.</li><li>Manage camera setup, lighting, and composition during video shoots when required.</li><li>Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) ensuring proper formatting and metadata.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques to continually elevate creative standards.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Video Editing &amp; Motion Graphics: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut</li><li>Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator</li><li>Compositing &amp; VFX: Rotoscoping, color grading, transitions, and particle effects</li><li>Camera &amp; Lighting: Hands-on experience in cinematography and visual storytelling</li><li>Collaboration: Ability to work closely with creative teams to meet deadlines and maintain consistency</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience in live projects and music events, working with artists or entertainment brands.</li><li>Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and animation principles.</li><li>Exposure to tools like GeoLayers for animation or compositing projects.</li><li>Experience in YouTube content creation, short-form videos, and podcast editing.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Media Arts, Animation, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).</li><li>Professional training in Compositing or Motion Graphics from a reputed institute such as MAAC or equivalent.</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.</li><li>Passion for cinematography, photography, and animation.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
