As part of the Disney Experiences Global Public Relations team, the Global PR Intern supports day-to-day, segment-wide public relations and influencer initiatives. This role joins a specialized bi-coastal team that works closely with partners across the segment to elevate stories among key advocates, media, and content creators. We are an innovative team that loves to try new things. We gather and analyze reports and also get to participate in unique campaigns and events!
The intern will report to the Senior Manager of Public Relations.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Glendale, California, from June 2026 through January 2027.
What You Will Do
This role requires a highly motivated individual with a creative, adaptable mindset who can bring fresh thinking and a nimble approach to this internship. We are looking for candidates who embody optimism, demonstrate self-starting initiative, and showcase strong attention to detail! The position encompasses responsibilities such as:<ul><li>
Support global PR and influencer campaigns for the Disney Experiences segment.</li><li>
Support back-end creator communication strategies, including brand safety, 365-engagement, and community management.</li><li>
Identify creative content opportunities for various digital and social platforms.</li><li>
Assist with event engagement, including outreach, invitations, and on-site hosting support as needed.</li><li>
Draft communication plans, blog posts, press releases, and social copy.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Media Events team to organize and coordinate logistics, travel, and other event details for activations.</li><li>
Contribute to creator network growth by reviewing inbound submissions and proactively discovering new creator contacts through researching, vetting, and selecting influencers to align with project goals and brand initiatives.</li><li>
Create campaign and project reports that analyze key metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>
Support the development of impactful presentations and visual assets to showcase team strategies and project outcomes.</li><li>
Stay on top of emerging social media features/trends and influencer insights for projects, partners, and quarterly share-outs.</li></ul>

An organized self-starter.</li><li>
An excellent writer who is borderline obsessed with grammar and AP style.</li><li>
Strong computer skills in database management in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Google Workspace, Keynote, etc.</li><li>
Social media savviness across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>
Passionate about the social media and influencer space, and bring a unique personal and professional perspective.</li><li>
Loves working collaboratively on projects and is not afraid to share &ldquo;blue sky&rdquo; ideas.</li><li>
Nimble, organized, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to detail.</li><li>
Appreciation for the Disney brand and understanding of the many global businesses represented within Disney Experiences.</li><li>
Relevant experience in Communications/Public Relations and/or Influencer Marketing.</li></ul>
It would also be great if you have/are familiar with<ul><li>
Strategic mindset and flair for disruptive thinking.</li><li>
Relevant experience in developing/managing a social media presence.</li><li>
Agency experience in Public Relations or Advertising, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.</li></ul>
Education<ul><li>
Senior year preferred.</li><li>
Pursuing a degree in Communications, English, Creative Writing, Marketing, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Journalism, Customer Engagement, Social Communication, Broadcast Communications, or other relevant fields.</li></ul>

Eligibility Requirements &amp; Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below<ul><li>
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.</li><li>
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program.</li><li>
Be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>
Possess unrestricted work authorization.</li></ul>
Additional Information<ul><li>
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 through January 2027.</li><li>
Fully available from Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM Pacific Time Zone, with possible weekends or shifts that are outside of these hours for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.</li><li>
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Glendale, California area.</li><li>
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.</li><li>

Global Public Relations Intern, Fall 2026

 This Senior Financial Analyst role is in Facilities and Operations Services (FOS) Finance supporting Reedy Creek Energy Services (RCES). RCES is the WDW entity that operates the 8 different utilities on behalf of the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD). The role is actively involved in assisting financial decision support for the CFTOD utility with respect to project funding, capital spending, billing, and specialized reporting. This position will also handle complex analysis, management reporting, provide pro forma support, and assist in developing/presenting executive level presentations.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will proactively deliver the financial and business strategies and commitments by learning/knowing the business and be energized about the active and diverse client support. The ideal candidate should also drive efficiency efforts, have open lines of communication, and help the team strategically plan for the future.
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Model debt service projections for long-lived asset replacements and new service initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Gathers, analyzes, and reporting status of capital project spend from both annual funding and long-term financed debt initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with billing initiatives which combine project spend and the complex annual labor contract
 </li>
 <li>
 Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to Finance and Operations leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Owns key aspects of the Long-Term Plan, AOP, Annual Rate Setting processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop innovative solutions for decision-making support
 </li>

 Proactively answers and makes recommendations regarding client questions

 Ensures accuracy of all financial information included in planning processes and financial analysis
