Distinctive Dermatology is a busy, state of the art dermatology practice, seeking a personable, professional, and hard working medical receptionist.Duties include:- Answering clinic phones to assist patients with making/rescheduling appointments- Ensuring patient demographic, insurance, and referral information/status is accurate and up to date-Customer Service: Address patient concerns, provide directions, and inform patients of necessary preparations for their visits-Documentation: Accurately enter information into the Practice Management System and document phone notes in the EHR- Mod Med/ema EMR experience a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
