Entry-Level Position &ndash; Construction / FinishingAbout the Role We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual interested in building a career in the finishing and construction trades. You&rsquo;ll work directly with the owner and an experienced team, learning the trade through hands-on work in a professional, detail-driven environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with a variety of finishing and construction tasks</li><li>Work safely at heights</li><li>Move and position ladders up to 32&rsquo; unassisted</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized work area</li><li>Follow instructions carefully and demonstrate strong attention to detail</li></ul>Primary Work Areas Projects are located throughout Bayfield, Washburn, and Ashland, with frequent work on Madeline Island. Some travel may be required.
