<div>This position will be responsible for generating business opportunities with new prospects and existing customers within a defined territory by developing and maintaining long-term relationships. This role requires making successful contact with customers in order to properly position and sell the company&rsquo;s suite of product and service offerings. The Regional Sales Manager takes on projects and tasks as dictated by the business. Regional coverage: Arizona, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
Duties/Responsibilities<ul><li>
Achieve monthly sales goals, for order quantity and gross profit, by cultivating new and existing accounts.</li><li>
Maximize daily efficiency by mastering sales, scheduling and communication tools available in proprietary software.</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing to convey the DWC brand to distribution partners.</li><li>
Travel to customers to develop and grow relationships.</li><li>
Create and maintain a strategic travel schedule to fully cover the assigned region and key accounts throughout the year.</li><li>
Book flights, rental cars, and travel accommodations in a timely, organized, and economic manner.</li><li>
Create thorough call reports that provide lead generation, market intel, and drive business strategy for assigned region.</li><li>
Provide reports on vertical and horizontal expansion, new clients and current customer satisfaction measures.</li><li>
Develop strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within accounts and develop deep knowledge of the client organization.</li><li>
Develop tactical plans for targeting and growing the market.</li><li>
Show consistent improvement in sales, sales visits and prospects to clients, new projects and client revenue growth.</li><li>
Keep abreast of current and future business trends.</li><li>
Liaison on significant customer issues, when required, to preserve customer relationships.</li><li>
Leverage current relationships at the local and regional customer level to assist in driving additional revenue.</li><li>
Monitor and report on actions and strategy against plans.</li><li>
Analyze customer accounts for potential opportunities and sales strategies.</li><li>
Collaborate with Account Managers on high level market penetration strategies and execution.</li><li>
Promote company culture through leadership behavior.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Education and Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field such as business or communication preferred</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of sales experience; experience in the electrical wire and cable industry preferred.</li><li>
Candidate will ideally be based in either Arizona or Colorado near a major international airport.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Must be willing to travel up to 75% yearly.</li><li>
Must have the ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li><li>
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>
Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 pounds, occasional bending and reaching.</li><li>
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.</li></ul>
Salary: $40,000 + uncapped commission, OTE: $160,000+<div></div>
