The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming environment. This role also supports day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.</li><li>Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.</li><li>Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems (both electronic and paper).</li><li>Support procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.</li><li>Coordinate meeting schedules, conference rooms, and refreshments.</li><li>Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.</li><li>Assist the HR department with new employee onboarding, including preparing welcome kits, collecting documents, and arranging workstation setups.</li><li>Coordinate with the PRO for all new and renewal visa applications, medicals, and other related documentation.</li><li>Maintain updated records of employee documents, IDs, and visa statuses.</li><li>Support HR with filing and administrative tasks related to employee records.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or HR support role.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of PDF editing/conversion tools is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Professional demeanor and customer-service-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
