Full Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Arabic speaking Beauty Advisor to join our team in Jeddah. This role focuses on makeup, skincare, and fragrances, where you will play a key role in delivering personalized customer experiences, showcasing expert product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Consultation: * Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs * Provide tailored product recommendations for skincare, makeup, and fragrance 2. Product Demonstration: * Showcase beauty products through live tutorials and expert advice * Assist customers in selecting the right fragrance 3. Sales &amp; Targets: * Achieve and exceed sales goals by promoting new collections and special offers * Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs 4. Product Knowledge: * Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product innovations * Educate customers on ingredients, benefits, and proper usage 5. Customer Service Excellence: * Deliver a welcoming and professional shopping experience * Address product-related inquiries with expertise 6. Visual Merchandising: * Maintain an organized and visually appealing beauty section * Ensure stock is replenished and displayed effectively 7. Promotions &amp; Events: * Support product launches and in-store events * Provide professional beauty consultations during promotional campaigns 8. Inventory Management: * Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs 9. Beauty Services: Provide makeup application, skincare consultations, or fragrance matching, if applicableQualifications: 1. Minimum two years of experience as a Beauty Advisor (required) 2.
