Position Summary</b></div><ul><li>Business Consultant responsible for prospecting and selling Solvo products and services.</li><li>Explain benefits of staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clearly to clients.</li><li>Manage sales through forecasting, resource allocation, strategy, and planning.</li><li>Develop sales strategies to increase volume and profit margins.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>Generate new business opportunities proactively within the territory.</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, products, services, and competitors.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.</li><li>Prepare and execute renewal proposals for existing clients.</li><li>Create concise executive summaries for client presentations.</li><li>Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM (Salesforce) effectively.</li><li>Submit accurate business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports on time.</li><li>Participate in monthly meetings and train/coaching team members.</li><li>Frequent domestic and occasional international travel for meetings and events.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
