 Position Summary:
 
 
 The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring components, materials and outsourced services.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Source and procure components, raw materials and outsourced services from domestic and international suppliers to meet production schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships, including negotiating pricing, terms, and lead times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide input on supplier performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and NPI teams to support new product introductions and resolve material issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies or expedites to minimize production downtime.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and generate reports as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in inventory management and excess/obsolete material disposition.

 Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
 </li>

 Excellent organizational and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

 Close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus are required to reading documents and reviewing specifications.

 High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years&rsquo; experience in electronics manufacturing or related industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 ERP/Purchasing systems experience required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English

Job Summary:<ul><li>
Responsible for accurately picking and kitting materials according to work orders.</li></ul>
Essential functions:<ul><li>
Read and interpret work orders and lists to pick components required for production.</li><li>
Organize and label kits clearly according to procedures, including proper ESD protection and moisture-sensitive device guidelines.</li><li>
Return unused or excess materials to stock.</li><li>
Perform inventory transactions in the ERP software system during picking, kitting and return to stock.</li><li>
Support production by delivering materials to the floor.</li><li>
Identify and report any material shortages, discrepancies, revisions errors, or quality issues.</li><li>
Assist with shipping/receiving when needed and prepare materials for supplier returns or RMA processes.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized and ESD-safe work area.</li><li>
Follow all company safety, quality, and ITAR/ISO procedures.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Requires accuracy and accountability with inventory records.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and part as a team in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.</li><li>
Good reading comprehension and numerical skills.</li><li>
Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.</li></ul>
 Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Required use of ESD foot straps.</li><li>
Moderate noise levels and a temperature-controlled environment.</li><li>
Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand motions are required.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
1+ experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or kitting role, preferably in manufacturing.</li><li>
Ability to read and follow verbal instructions in English.</li><li>
Basic computer skills.</li><li>
Experience using barcode scanners and inventory control systems.</li><li>
Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul></div>
