The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products meet functional, cosmetic, and quality standards before dispatch or sale.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform final quality inspection of laptops and IT devices before dispatch</li><li>Conduct functional testing including:</li><li>Booting &amp; OS verification</li><li>Battery health check</li><li>Keyboard, touchpad, ports, camera, speaker &amp; mic testing</li><li>Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and hardware diagnostics</li><li>Verify cosmetic grading as per company standards</li><li>Ensure correct specifications, serial numbers, and labeling</li><li>Validate installed OS, drivers, and software compliance</li><li>Identify defects, escalate issues, and coordinate with repair technicians</li><li>Maintain QC checklists, reports, and test records</li><li>Ensure products meet company, client, and marketplace QC standards</li><li>Follow ESD, safety, and data security procedures</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in laptop or electronics QC/testing</li><li>Strong knowledge of hardware &amp; basic software troubleshooting</li><li>Experience in refurbished / repair / IT asset disposition (ITAD) environment preferred</li><li>Ability to work with QC tools, diagnostic software, and SOPs</li><li>Good attention to detail and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and under deadlines</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
