Ditvi Exports Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting and compliance tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal applicant should have 1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience and a background in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com). Prior experience in the export industry will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.</li><li>Maintain books of accounts using Tally or similar accounting software.</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns, handle TDS payments, and ensure all statutory compliance.</li><li>Generate and manage e-Way Bills accurately for dispatches.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.</li><li>Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.</li><li>Assist in monthly and annual closing of books.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and filing of invoices, bills, tax records, and logistics-related documents.</li><li>Support export-related accounting documentation and entries when required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,100.00 - &#8377;25,999.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Rajendra Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Account management: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
