The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design, a keen eye for detail, and a true love for flowers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and enjoys working closely with clients and events.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and create fresh flower bouquets, centerpieces, and floral displays for daily sales and special events.</li><li>Maintain the freshness, quality, and longevity of floral stock through proper care and handling.</li><li>Support in the setup and breakdown of floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.</li><li>Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral arrangements while delivering outstanding customer service.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the floral workspace and tools.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet client expectations and shop goals.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;4 years of experience in floral design or a related role.</li><li>Male candidates are preferred for this position.</li><li>Strong sense of creativity and design aesthetics.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays as required.</li><li>Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling flowers and supplies.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Familiarity with current floral trends and seasonal design styles.</li><li>Basic knowledge of floral supplies, tools, and balloon arrangements.</li><li>Experience with event and wedding floral installations is a strong advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
