 We&rsquo;re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented
 
 Human Resources Support Coordinator

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Answer incoming calls and manage voicemails for Employee Services and main corporate lines
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming and professional first impression
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage unemployment claims notifications and ensure branch deadlines are met
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate notifications and calendar reminders for unemployment hearings
 </li>
 <li>
 Forward child support orders, garnishments, and fees to Payroll Services
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Medical Child Support Orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform weekly audits of external employee paperwork
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and track employment verifications through The Work Number
 </li>
 <li>
 Sort and distribute incoming office mail
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with E-Verify setup and conduct new applicants and E-Verify audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide backup support to the Benefits Administrator for enrollments, open enrollment, and benefit terminations
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with adding internal employees to the benefits system
 </li>
 <li>
 Support daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness of common areas, managing office supplies and inventory, and assisting with shared equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and respond to messages from the general information email inbox
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable with changing priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven multitasking skills while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable attendance and punctuality
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional appearance consistent with a corporate office environment
 </li>
