Responsibilities:

Your Role as an RN Supervisor:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.</li><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.</li><li>
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.</li></ul></div><br>

Qualifications:

Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing</div></li><li><div>
Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred</div></li><li><div>
Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care</div></li><li><div>
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus</div></li></ul></div></li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Coordinate, report, and post schedules of hourly team members</li><li>Notify appropriate personnel of call-ins and assists with securing coverage</li><li>Maintain accurate attendance records and notifies management of attendance-related issues</li><li>Accurately enter and maintain data relative to scheduling using company software programs/OnShift</li><li>Obtain daily team members staffing requests and fill them efficiently</li><li>Uphold accurate system for tracking staffing over a variety of shifts</li><li>Coordinate team members to meet the organization&rsquo;s requirements</li><li>Monitor overtime accumulation and attendance of team members</li><li>Work with the payroll manager to verify payroll accuracy</li><li>Process team members vacation requests</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum high school diploma or equivalent</li><li>One year of experience in long-term care is preferred</li><li>Staffing experience and understanding of long term/hospital setting operations</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
