Maintain existing customer relationships and assist with new account setup, growth planning, and goal tracking. Provide customer service by answering phones and responding to inquiries. Process pickup and delivery orders, enter bills of lading, and verify freight documentation and billing for accuracy.Responsibilities &amp; Duties:<ul><li>Answer phones professionally, assist callers, and route calls as needed</li><li>Coordinate daily activities with manager across intrastate and warehouse operations</li><li>Take customer orders via phone/email, schedule pickups and deliveries, and dispatch drivers</li><li>Set pickup and delivery appointments as needed</li><li>Process and verify bills of lading and delivery receipts (signatures, weights, counts, accuracy)</li><li>Rate and bill freight accurately</li><li>Support drivers with directions, scheduling, and issue resolution</li><li>Communicate with shippers and consignees regarding freight status and delivery attempts</li><li>Assist with customer service issues, including lost/damaged freight; coordinate with Claims Manager</li><li>Perform order entry, invoicing, document scanning, and general office support</li><li>Track warehouse inventory, releases, and receipts</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Basic math and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proficient in computer systems (order entry, spreadsheets, general office software)</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional, reliable, and team-oriented</li><li>Flexible schedule as needed</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Medical Insurance with Employer Contribution</li><li>Life Insurance paid by Employer</li><li>HSA, FSA</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid Time Off</li></ul>Pay: $22.93 - $27.61 per hourShift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Billings, MT 59101 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
