Overview

Position Summary

The Behavior Consultant conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides behavioral consultation services in alignment with IBHS standards. This role focuses on improving client outcomes through data-driven interventions and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)</li>
<li>Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans</li>
<li>Provide consultation and training to parents and caregivers</li>
<li>Deliver services in home, school, and community settings</li>
<li>Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed</li>
<li>Collect and analyze behavioral data to support treatment goals</li>
<li>Provide crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with treatment teams and external providers</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings, trainings, and program development</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with IBHS, state, and organizational standards</li></ul> 


Qualifications

Required:
<ul>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year experience working with children or adolescents in behavioral health</li>
<li>Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li></ul> 


Licensure (one of the following required):
<ul>
<li>Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)</li>
<li>Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)</li>
<li>Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LSW)</li>
<li>Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)</li>
<li>Licensed Psychologist</li>
<li>Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)</li></ul> 


Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Criminal Background, FBI, Child Abuse)</li>
<li>Compliance with OIG/Medicare/Medicaid screening requirements</li>
<li>Ability to provide mobile services across assigned areas</li>
<li>Strong ability to work both independently and within a team</li></ul>

Work Location

This is an in-person, community-based role serving clients in Lancaster, PA (17608). Candidates must be able to travel locally to provide services.

Behavior Consultant- Paragon Behavioral Health

RESDIENTIAL CASEWORKERHours: 3:00pm- 11pm and weekends as scheduled.Pay: $23-$25 per hourLocation: Danville, PASUMMARYResponsible for the facilitation of therapy in a variety of specific identified needs including the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan, documentation of therapeutic experience via report writing and communication with referral sources and other professionals, and to provide an atmosphere conducive to wellness.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Assume primary care of youths assigned to caseload.</li><li>Develop and implement a treatment plan that addresses the needs of the youth with input from the youth, family, referring agency, Mental Health Professionals, and Clinical Coordinator. All goals/objectives are to be realistic, obtainable, and measurable.</li><li>Conduct individual counseling sessions with primary clients at least weekly and with all youth as needed.</li><li>Develop and facilitate group therapy as designated by Clinical Coordinator, Supervisor, or Regional Coordinator</li><li>Provide for the health, safety, security, and appropriate social interaction and social behavior of all youth in placement.</li><li>Facilitate family sessions and maintain appropriate communication with significant parties.</li><li>Maintain professional documentation duties, i.e. court reports, taskwork, discharge summaries, individual and family notes, log entries, incident reports, progress notes, treatment plans and TPRs.</li><li>8. Demonstrate a standard of conduct that provides effective role modeling for client population and peer group.</li><li>Present accurate clinical information to referral sources, family members, and in court at quarterly reviews or as requested.</li><li>Plan and implement therapeutic, recreational, educational and seasonal events on and off-site.</li></ul>IV.
