Overview We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.Duties - Perform general office tasks such as filing and organizing documents - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner - Assist with customer scheduling and inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Support administrative staff with various tasks as neededRequirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to type accurately and efficiently - Prior experience in customer support or administrative roles is a plus - Prior experience in an office for a skilled trade is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, and ability to multitask - Basic proofreading skills for reviewing documentsJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourExpected hours: 38 &ndash; 45 per weekExperience:<ul><li>Customer service: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Houston, TX 77080 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
