Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in their care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering direct support and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.Duties<ul><li>Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.</li><li>Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.</li><li>Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.</li><li>Implement behavior management strategies as needed to support clients effectively.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.</li><li>Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.</li><li>Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for clients through companionship and social interaction.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of medication administration and meal preparation techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with behavior management practices is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities in various settings.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.</li><li>Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.</li><li>Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not required at the time of hire; training may be provided.</li></ul>Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve!Pay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
