Sr. Ruby on Rails Developer Location: Mountain View, CA / New York City, NY (Hybrid)Responsibilities:<ul><li>70-85% hands-on software development across all SDLC phases.</li><li>Conduct design and code reviews; create technical documentation.</li><li>Contribute to our DevOps model.</li><li>Develop AI-first and generative AI-first product experiences.</li><li>Estimate and sequence development activities.</li><li>Analyze inputs to create software and services.</li><li>Identify technical dependencies.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and architects.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>7+ years of software development experience in large-scale SaaS systems.</li><li>Experience with unit/integration/functional/e2e test automation.</li><li>Advanced experience with Java, Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, GitHub, JUnit 4/5.</li><li>Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum).</li><li>Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Heroku.</li><li>Experience with large-scale, distributed systems.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Experience with debugging and monitoring tools (Splunk, Wavefront).</li><li>&quot;Get Stuff Done&quot; attitude.</li><li>Experience with the entire SDLC and CI/CD.</li><li>Experience with Ruby on Rails and Heroku is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of Applied AI</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
