Your mission is simple:
Find trends Adapt them Film them Make them go viral.
You&rsquo;ll produce content for:<ul><li>Scaling With Soltane</li><li>D50.AI</li><li>Division50</li><li>Ads + UGC + Shorts + TikToks</li></ul>
This is not a passive videographer role.
You are the engine pushing us into the algorithm, every single day.<ul><li>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</li></ul>
1. Viral Content Strategy (Critical Role)<ul><li>Identify daily viral trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.</li><li>Propose 5&ndash;10 trend ideas EVERY DAY.</li><li>Adapt trends for our niche (AI, marketing, entrepreneurship).</li><li>Script short viral hooks (+ alternative angles).</li><li>Help the founder record high-impact viral pieces.</li><li>Track content performance in a simple dashboard.</li><li>Recommend changes to boost virality.</li></ul>
You are the trend radar + viral strategist of the company.

2. Content Production<ul><li>Film daily content: talking-head, UGC, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle.</li><li>Shoot ads, demos, and promotional content.</li><li>Support founder-led videos and multiple content formats.</li><li>Capture emotional, raw, fast-paced viral-style clips.</li></ul>

Ad Production<ul><li>Shoot UGC ads for D50.AI and Division50 clients.</li><li>Record founder-style ads (educational, hard-selling, performance-driven).</li><li>Edit ads designed for conversions (strong hook, scroll-stop, CTA).</li><li>Understand and test different ad formats:</li><li>comparison</li><li>testimonial</li><li>problem agitation solution</li><li>POV ads</li><li>simple front-camera talking ads</li></ul>

4. Video Editing<ul><li>Edit short-form videos optimized for virality.</li><li>Add subtitles, pacing, jump-cuts, zooms, and motion graphics.</li><li>Follow latest editing patterns seen in top-performing accounts.</li><li>Deliver fast &mdash; ideally same-day edits.</li></ul>

5. Social Execution<ul><li>Upload and schedule content across platforms.</li><li>Test different hooks, thumbnails, first 3 seconds.</li><li>Monitor trends and performance to optimize what works.</li><li>Suggest new series, new formats, and new viral angles weekly.</li></ul>

6. Operational Support<ul><li>Help maintain the office and shooting environment.</li><li>Organize footage, files, and editing workflow.</li><li>Assist during bank visits if needed.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>REQUIREMENTS</li></ul>
Must Have<ul><li>Obsessed with TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts.</li><li>Solid filming and editing skills (mobile + camera).</li><li>Deep understanding of viral content psychology.</li><li>Ability to spot trends early and adapt them fast.</li><li>Very strong English communication.</li><li>Confidence to direct the founder during filming.</li><li>A &ldquo;daily output&rdquo; mentality &mdash; consistency is everything.</li><li>Creativity + urgency + speed.</li></ul>
Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience running viral pages.</li><li>Knowledge of ad creation and basic performance marketing.</li><li>Canva / basic design.</li><li>Confidence to appear on camera if needed (optional).</li></ul>
