Position Overview</b></div><div>
Bloodhound Investigations is seeking a detail-oriented Investigations Administrative Assistant to support our investigative team. This position combines administrative coordination with investigative research.</div><div>

Key Responsibilities</b></div><div>

Investigative Research</div><ul><li><div>
Conduct online research using public records, databases, and open-source intelligence tools.</div></li><li><div>
Perform background checks, asset searches, and social media research.</div></li><li><div>
Identify patterns, relevant information, and inconsistencies related to investigations.</div></li><li><div>
Verify sources and maintain accurate documentation of findings.</div></li></ul><div>
Data Organization &amp; Reporting</div><ul><li><div>
Prepare investigative summaries and research reports.</div></li><li><div>
Organize information and data sets for investigators and legal teams.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with documentation of investigative findings and evidence.</div></li></ul><div>
Administrative Support</div><ul><li><div>
Maintain organized case files and investigative records.</div></li><li><div>
Track case activity and maintain internal documentation.</div></li><li><div>
Assist investigators with scheduling, correspondence, and case preparation.</div></li><li><div>
Support operational and administrative needs of the investigative team.</div></li></ul><div>
Confidentiality &amp; Compliance</div><ul><li><div>
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive investigative information.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical investigative practices.</div></li><li><div>

Qualifications</b></div><div>

Education (Preferred)</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Data Science, Information Systems, Paralegal Studies, or related field.</div></li></ul><div>
Experience</div><ul><li><div>
Prior experience in investigative research, legal support, data analysis, or administrative support preferred.</div></li></ul><div>
Technical Skills</div><ul><li><div>
Strong internet research skills</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with public records research</div></li><li><div>
Experience using online databases and search tools</div></li><li><div>
