The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, curating, and managing content across multiple channels to engage target audiences and support the company&rsquo;s marketing initiatives. This role requires creativity, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to execute effective content strategies that align with organizational goals.Content Creation<ul><li>Develop compelling, high-quality content for both digital and print media.</li><li>Obtain, proofread, and organize content submissions from forensic engineers, experts, and internal personnel.</li><li>Create content related to forensic industry updates and safety campaigns.</li><li>Curate and format content for monthly newsletters and quarterly publications.</li><li>Secure permission for the use of case-related work products (e.g., animations) in marketing efforts.</li></ul>Content Strategy<ul><li>Conduct keyword research and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.</li><li>Plan and execute content strategies to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions across external communication channels, including email campaigns, social media, and the company website.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of external communication channels, including email campaigns, social media, and website traffic.</li></ul>Promotional Materials<ul><li>Organize and maintain inventory of promotional materials, including company swag and print media.</li><li>Prepare and package promotional materials for mailings, industry events, and related initiatives.</li><li>Maintain and update Curricula Vitae for in-house consultants and field crew, ensuring consistency in formatting and accuracy.</li></ul>Website Management<ul><li>Perform routine software updates and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal website functionality.</li><li>Publish new content (e.g., blog posts, announcements) each month and implement updates to static pages as assigned.</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and YouTube.</li><li>Assist with the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns.</li></ul>Additional Marketing Responsibilities:<ul><li>Enter data into the project management system and catalog marketing supplies.</li><li>Prepare materials for seminars, webinars, and exhibits.</li><li>Assist the Business Development &amp; Education Manager with online seminar preparation, monitoring, and attendee material distribution.</li><li>Support client and expert relations projects.</li><li>Perform additional tasks as directed by the Executive Director and Business Development &amp; Education Manager.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, and website management.</li><li>Demonstrated experience maintaining a positive public image and ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity across digital and public platforms.</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management abilities.</li><li>Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics / GA4, and digital marketing best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).</li><li>Strong interpersonal, writing, and editing skills.</li><li>Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with basic HTML/CSS; experience with website hosting platforms (e.g., WP Engine) is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 37.5 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Content creation: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>SEO: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>WordPress: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Abington, PA 19001 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
