The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy for the real estate business. This role focuses on brand building, lead generation, project launches, and driving sales through effective online and offline marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).</li><li>Plan and execute property launch campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities.</li><li>Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online listings.</li><li>Manage traditional marketing such as print ads, hoardings, brochures, events, and site branding.</li><li>Generate and track qualified leads in coordination with the sales team.</li><li>Build and maintain brand identity and market positioning.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.</li><li>Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external agencies.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.</li><li>Proven experience in handling large-scale marketing campaigns and project launches.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
