DL &amp; Associates, LLC is looking for a QuickBooks Implementation Specialist for its business expansion. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and enthusiastic in accounting software application use and willing to learn new technology and applications.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Remote/onsite support to QuickBooks accounting system.</li><li>On-boarding ERP accounting systems to QuickBooks including data conversion, etc.</li><li>Consult and advise customers with QuickBooks, bookkeeping questions, or issues</li><li>Provide QuickBooks go-live and post-go-live support including balance sheet, P&amp;L, inventory adjustment, etc.</li><li>Train users on the use of QuickBooks and configure QuickBooks software to the customer&rsquo;s specifications.</li></ul>Qualification and Requirements:<ul><li>Certified QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Desktop Proadvisor preferred.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Associate's degree.</li><li>One year of Bookkeeping/Accounting experience is preferred.</li><li>With a business degree school or account background is strongly preferred</li><li>Team player</li><li>Time management, multi-tasking, and adapting to priority changes is a must</li><li>Must be willing to occasionally work after business hours or weekends for support</li><li>Must be a fast, self-motivated learner and problem solver</li><li>Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li><li>Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.</li><li>Must pass a drug screening test and criminal background check.</li></ul>This position is neither a bookkeeping role nor an IT support rolePay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
