About the Role: 
We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and versatile Digital Content Creator/Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is the perfect role for a visual storyteller who thrives on turning ideas into impactful designs across digital channels. 
 
You&rsquo;ll design engaging content for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing assets&mdash;playing a key role in shaping how our brand shows up visually. The ideal candidate is fluent in tools like PowerPoint and industry-standard design software, and enjoys collaborating with content and marketing teams to deliver clean, consistent, and strategic visuals that make an impact.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Social Media &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>
Design and edit compelling social media posts, including static graphics, carousels, reels, and short-form videos.</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing to create eye-catching visuals aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines.</li><li>
Optimize content formats for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn &amp; Facebook.</li></ul></li><li>
Digital Media Design<ul><li>
Develop templates and graphics for digital media initiatives including Retail Retold, landing pages, and digital ads.</li><li>
Ensure all designs maintain visual consistency and support brand voice across touchpoints.</li></ul></li><li>
Presentation &amp; Print Design<ul><li>
Design and format impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.</li><li>
Create print and digital layouts for marketing collateral including one-pagers, flyers, brochures, and case studies.</li><li>
Ensure clarity, hierarchy, and visual balance in all layout work.</li></ul></li><li>
Web &amp; Email Design<ul><li>
Design visually appealing landing pages that drive engagement and conversions, in collaboration with developers and marketers.</li><li>
Create branded email templates for newsletters, drip campaigns, and announcements using design best practices and responsive layout standards.

Technical Skills:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
</li><li>5+ years of experience
</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite</li></ul> 
The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
