Marketing CoordinatorPay Range: $35,000-53,000/ per yearSummary of Job:As a Marketing Coordinator you will support the marketing needs of our current clients, internal customers and business development activities. Effectively collect information from coworkers to write and design custom articles and marketing materials to fit DLC&rsquo;s brand and fulfill the specific client needs. Actively support DLC by promoting and furthering our brand through various efforts by the Marketing department.Essential Functions:Serve as an integral part of the Marketing department by producing high-quality internal and external communication pieces.Work with internal departments and teammates to create client-facing proposals, articles, email updates, PowerPoint presentations, fliers, handouts, videos, newsletters and other items as neededo* Meeting with department management to understand goals and components*o* Conducting interviews and taking notes; gathering information and synthesizing technical and industry concepts into relatable and understandable language*o* Monthly attendance at production meetings to get needed content for monthly client update*o* Writing marketing pieces that fit with DLC&rsquo;s brand and voice*o* Collaborate with social media committee to create and post on all social media platforms*o* Compiling all components to create finished product*o* Setting and managing to deadlines to make sure all components are finished on time*Create Photoshop renderings as neededBuild relationships with internal customers to understand and support their needsAssist with planning, managing, and executing industry tradeshows, golf events, community events, and other related eventsRegular attendance in office or as scheduled, requiredJob Skills/Requirements: Degree in marketing or related field, a plusExperience in marketing, communications or related field preferred, but not requiredAbility to translate industry concepts into relatable and understandable termsStrong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),Experience working in InDesign, Photoshop, and photography preferredStrong written, verbal and editing skillsStrong organizational skills to manage complex events for DLC and for client community eventsProfessional representation of DLC to our clientsAbility to work independently and proactivelyAbility to handle multiple request/projects simultaneously, and within deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills, energeticManage and utilize internal relationships to complete assigned tasks/projects within assigned deadlineValid AZ driver&rsquo;s license and approved to drive for DLCPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Works in an office environment with some travel requiredProlonged sitting at a computerProlonged periods of time walking outsideClose vision required for computer monitors and data collection devicesIs subject to frequent interruptionsStandard Office work environmentAbility to move arms, hands and fingers to typeOur Company:With over 35 years of experience in landscape, water and arbor management, DLC Resources, Inc. provides superior landscape management to communities across greater Phoenix.
