<div>CI/CD Platform Developer &ndash; Azure DevOps
We&rsquo;re looking for a skilled Azure DevOps (CI/CD) Developer to join our System Team in Eindhoven. You'll design, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and C#, while coaching Agile teams toward stronger DevOps practices.
As a member of the System Team, you will play a crucial role in helping development teams enhance their CI/CD practices. You&rsquo;ll bring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to coaching and guiding teams on their journey toward adopting and improving their CI/CD pipeline practices and capabilities.
You'll work within an international organization practicing Agile at Scale, supporting Scrum teams as they advance their CI/CD maturity and move toward a broader DevOps culture. . 
Day to day:
<ul><li>Set up, maintain, and continuously improve the CI/CD toolchain
</li><li>Define, implement/improve, monitor, and report on CI/CD standards, guidelines and best practices and usage
</li><li>Build internal tools (primarily in C#) to support pipeline automation and reporting
</li><li>Coach and support Agile development teams in reaching technical excellence and building robust CI/CD capabilities.
</li><li>Identify and automate manual, repetitive support tasks
</li><li>Collaborate closely with teams on-site 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time

Essential Skills and Experience
Technical Expertise
<ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
</li><li>Strong proficiency in C# .NET and PowerShell; working knowledge of TypeScript
</li><li>Experience with tool integration, API management, and dashboard/reporting creation (Power BI is a plus)
</li><li>Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern methodologies (Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps)
</li></ul>Hands-on Development Experience
<ul><li>Genuine software engineering experience &mdash; this role is not suited to candidates with a purely infrastructure background
</li><li>Deep, up-to-date, practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
</li><li>Experience with CI/CD supporting tools such as SonarQube and test automation solutions
</li></ul>Language Preference
<ul><li>Dutch proficiency strongly preferred
</li></ul>Important Notes:
This role focuses specifically on Azure DevOps and CI/CD tooling. Broader cloud infrastructure responsibilities sit with a separate team.
We're looking for someone who can both build the tooling and bring teams along with them, equal parts engineer and coach.
