</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Build candidate pipelines and source talent using multiple platforms.</li>
<li>Screen, interview, evaluate, and select candidates to fill open positions.</li>
<li>Perform background checks and ensure compliance with onboarding procedures.</li>
<li>Lead new hire orientations and ensure timely onboarding for all assigned sites.</li>
<li>Train site supervisors on orientation and hiring documentation procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in drafting and implementing employee corrective actions.</li>
<li>Support Operations and Site Supervisors with recruiting strategy and execution.</li>
<li>Maintain employee records, compile reports, and respond to HR requests.</li>
<li>Resolve employee relations issues in partnership with site leadership.</li>
<li>Travel to assigned sites as needed to support hiring and HR functions.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications:</b></h2>
<ul><li>6+ months of full life-cycle recruiting experience.</li>
<li>Experience using social networks, databases, and cold outreach methods.</li>
<li>Tenacious, upbeat personality with a desire to grow in HR.</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS systems.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel to support field sites.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clear driving record.</li>
